* NO WATER, HARDSPORTS OR BLOODSPORTS ALLOWED

* Advance payment is required when you book studio space at Alba Eden Studio once we have confirmed your hire via email..
* If payment is not received within two working days of us receiving the booking request form, the provisional booking will be cancelled.
* No refund shall be given to any cancellation within 48 hours of your booking.
* You MUST text us on the day of your booking, no less than 2 hours before to confirm and receive the full address.
* All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless cancelled no less than 48 hours before your booking.
* The Hirer will not use or allow the Studio to be used on any abnormal or hazardous assignment, neither will the Hirer remove any part of the Studio or allow any part of the Studio to be removed from the premises.
* The hirer is over the age of 21, and shall not bring anyone under the age of 21 onto the premises.

F.A.Q
WHY DO I HAVE TO TEXT ON THE DAY OF MY BOOKING?
The studio is not manned 24/7, and we have to travel in especially to open the studio up and prepare it in advance of your arrival. If you do not confirm via text on the day, this means we assume you can't make the booking and therefore you forfeit the appointment. Communication is key.
IF I TEXT YOU ON THE DAY TO SAY I CAN'T MAKE IT, WHY CAN'T I CHANGE THE DATE OR GET A REFUND?
This is a small business, and same-day cancellations mean we lose out on not just money, but allowing someone else who wanted to hire the studio at the same date and time. It is a strict one-hire on the premises at a time. If you book the studio and wish to not turn up or cancel on that day, we find it incredibly difficult, sometimes impossible to fill that slot with such short notice. This is why we cannot offer refunds or allow you to transfer your hire to another date within 48 hours of your booking.

CANCELLATIONS BY ALBA EDEN
The studio may cancel the Booking:

If the booking might prejudice the reputation of the Studio;

If the Studio becomes aware of any deterioration in the Client’s financial situation such that the Studio reasonably considers the Client may not be able to fulfil its material obligations under the Agreement; or
-
If the Client fails to pay any sum when due.

EXCESSIVE NOISE
The Client is responsible for the behaviour of his or her or its guests at Alba Eden and, in particular, for the orderly conduct of guests staying in the studio or otherwise making use of the Services. The Client must ensure that no noise or nuisance is caused either for the studio or its other guests and Clients. The Client must comply with any reasonable request of Alba Eden and with any studio policies that may apply to the Services from time to time.
CCTV
CCTV is in operation in the public areas of Alba Eden, to ensure the security of all its Clients and owner.
WHY WON'T YOU GIVE ME THE ADDRESS UNTIL I CONFIRM?
This is a small, clandestine business that relies on its reputation for discretion and privacy. We do not give anyone the address until they have booked, paid and then confirmed on the day 2 hours prior to the booking.
